Absolutely WORST place I've ever stayed, completely run down and disgusting. We tried to get a refund immediately and we were denied because we used a third party app to book. So we stayed anyway. we were threatened with a $200 fine if we smoke or vape on the property. Not in the room... on the property. We were woken up at 10am with a gas powered power washer on the door mat pumping exhaust fumes into our room. I forgot an item in the room, on top of the bed but they either didn’t want to return it to me or they threw it away. This is completely irresponsible.

We tried this location since it was closer to our location this trip….. They hold your deposits, for longer than any place I’ve stayed at firstly. Second there is NO PARKING. They are right next to a busy hookah bar that overflows their parking lot at night, leaving you to park down the street and walk. Breakfast actually Is NOT provided at this location either. Front desk was slow and rude, we waited an hour in the lobby to check out. We will continue our business with Sonesta down the road, MUCH better rooms and service an... read more
