2nd time staying here and it's been great! Getting in at 11pm can sometimes be an issue, but I was greeted by two smiling faces which is FABULOUS!
We checked in for a one-night stay. The next morning, we went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast and did not check out because we planned to return to the room to gather our belongings. While we were out, my husband received a text saying, “Thank you for stopping, how was your stay?” We didn’t think much of it at the time. Don’t stay here unless you want dirty rooms/bedding and terrible service. Our shower flooded the bathroom floor so we threw down towels to clean it up. They couldn’t give us any replacement towels and kept giving excuses. We watched as they handed 6 replacement towels to another customer earlier in the day. No resolution of any type and not even a “we’re sorry”. It’s located on a very busy road and you hear traffic 24/7. The walls are also super thin so you can hear everything in surrounding rooms and outside.
Poorly maintained and in disrepair. Shower was stained and dirty. Parking lot was occupied by a squater who was sleeping in the car. Trash all around the building. Refused to provide receipts for transaction, which felt very shady.
