Cons: Leaky faucet with bucket and towels under sink. No towels for washing, needed to request. Not very clean, patched on the walls and ceiling from damage that have not been touched up. Trash still full, poor water pressure and inefficient toilet. The cold water won’t work for quite a while after the toilet is flushed. Pros: friendly staff eager to assist on issues. toilet ran non stop...was double charged for my room (they did refund )....a construction guy walked into my locked room while i was in it...noisy from construction...no bugs...pillows and bed comfy location is really good...price (if its done correctly) isnt bad however they have some improvement needed
This is a great location for campus or downtown! You can get to cosi, the zoo, Franklin Park conservatory! Easy to park here, free wifi. Zavi at the front desk was able to shorten the stay. I called the front desk after a painful expedia Would recommend calling the desk next time. A little more expensive but worth it
No breakfast Always finished Coffee
Was not told that they would be drilling and using power tools in the room next to me 8am-6pm. $81 for this and the front desk didn't seem to care at all
