Great place to stay if walking to the arena. Easy walk. Parking is a little tricky if you have never used it. Having the tavern right there made it easy to get food and drink. Room was comfy, water was hot and had pressure. The coffee machine in lobby didn't work so got an empty cup. Elevator was fast. Not lots of room in shower and the curtains aren't lined so water got on floor. Overall it was acceptable.
Great place to stay close to Columbus heart! Very nice service!
I am not a picky hotel person. I have always said if it’s a safe place to sleep, i’ll deal with the cons. This place? Nope. I’m almost tempted to ask for a refund due to the aggressive stink of this place messing with my asthma. The moment we entered our room, the smell was seriously nauseating. It is so clear the maid didn’t clean it whatsoever. There was trash and even clothes underneath the bed. And my worst nightmare happened when i flipped the bed skirt over and found very obvious male “material” on the bed i JUST SLEPT... read more
