I was told to share why I gave a 2 star review, here it goes. My daughter reserved a room here and she asked for a first level handicap room for me because I have very limited mobility. When I came here to get the room they said it was on the 2nd floor and I could take the elevator. Ok no problem until I seen there was no parking close enough to the elevator and I had to walk half the parking lot to get to the elevator and when I got to the top had to walk it back because my room was at the end of the floor. Target nearby, good food around, great staff but the rooms need a bug exterminator. First room we checked into was filled with roaches but no bed bugs like people claim on recent reviews. Ac blew cold. My lady wouldn't touch the restroom or bed so I kindly asked to switch rooms which they didn't hesitate to do. New room had less bugs but Ac was broken. My lady is deadly afraid of all bugs so she slept in the car. We had booked two nights but checked out at 11 after only staying 8 hours. Desk was helpful. Great location but a... read more

Never received my deposit spent most time outside due to bugs in restroom, I had no towels, most of my night was spent in the car till I got out of there.
