This place was horrific. Definitely shows the sketchiness as its located outside Chicago. I read reviews unfortunately AFTER I paid and got my animals in. The walls, toilet, floor, etc was all filthy. Toilet had remnants of previous guess on it. Walls had all kinds of blue/black spots. The beds were half A made. My girl cat acted so weird. Pictures say enough. Checked out literally 20 minutes after getting out key. Poor WiFi, water all over floor, period blood left on toilet seat, leaking sink, dirty tub and a broken deadbolt. Do not recommend at all.

The property is not being maintained properly. I stayed here about 15 years ago and didn't have any complaints. In the first room they gave us, the toilet was broken and running nonstop. The second room was covered in mold and little bits of hair and garbage. The underwire from a bra was sticking out of the lamp. Several things were broken or damaged: the tv, the air conditioning unit, the lamp, the phone. The shower didn't drain properly. And there were burn marks all over the bedding and curtains. Worst experience ever, I should’ve known the price was too good to be true! I can deal with worn furniture, I can deal with crappy cleaning service, the front desk attendant was kind to me, BUT I DRAW THE LINE AT ROACHES. THE PLACE IS INFESTED. Not to mention it’s right next to a Panda Express… I only stayed two hours before I went and dropped off my key. The attendant was kind enough to return my deposit but of course, the company did not want to refund me what I paid for the room I’m appalled that Expedia is working with ... read more
