I discovered bed bugs in my room and immediately reported it. Despite multiple attempts to reach management, I received no response, no refund, and no compensation for the suffering and inconvenience. Extremely aggressive and rude front desk guy, where do I start with his attitude. He should not be in a role dealing with zoo animals let alone human beings. Enough said, stay the HELL away from this Red Roof!
Toilet had an issue with flushing. Other than that, it was an ok night.
Came for the weekend and picked this location because it was close to Maryland Live. Staff was great, rooms was clean, prices are reasonable. Would stay again.
Absolutely love this place. It is affordable, safe, accommodations are great. The management is wonderful, The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and helpful at all times. The housekeepers are always available when you need them with clean linens for your room. The building is secluded and quiet. Vending room is always stocked. It's pet friendly and has the baggies available for your pups mess. I would recommend to anyone for business or vacation.
