This is not a hotel. Its a disgusting, dirty MOTEL. Our room smelled like cigarettes, the curtains did nothing to block the bright lights outside, the sheets were stained. We left this place early and went elsewhere. I wouldn't stay here if it was free. Do not go here.
If we could give 0 stars we would. Had to use our own fans the air conditioner was broken. Trash littered everywhere, kids laying in the parking lot not moving out of the way. We were given 1 towel no toilet paper no extra trash bags. The room door didn't close or lock all the way never again
We booked a stay at this hotel well in advance, only to be notified that our reservation was cancelled because the property oversold its rooms. A confirmed reservation should be a guarantee, not a gamble. Being left without accommodations at the last minute is completely unacceptable business practice and added immense stress to our trip. If you want peace of mind knowing you will actually have a room when you arrive, I highly recommend booking elsewhere.
The front desk staff is super accommodating!
Clean hotel accommodations are a minimum and the pic is described as a spa like bathroom in a "premium room"
