I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve stayed at the Edgewood and Perryville branches and had no problems, but this one is disgusting!! Idk where these 5 star ratings are coming from. The first room we were given was nasty..it had dead bugs on the pillows..so we upgraded to the deluxe on the 3rd floor. The first night was ok. We hadn’t brought anything into the room. I always rate hotels based on my needs and expectations. With that said this Red Roof Inn was great. Is it a $700 a night Four Season Resort on the ocean, no. But is it a clean hotel with comfortable beds, nice hot shower, that is very easy to get to in a very safe area. There is also plenty of support business around, gas stations, restaurants, and such. I arrived very late, I was tired and wanted to sleep, the guy at the desk was very polite and got me checked in and to my room in no time. All in a very positive experience... read more
