I enjoyed my stay overall and Raymon at the front desk was always so accommodating, professional and such a happy person and that’s what helped my stay but as an old housekeeping manager there is a lot of things that need work I know that I slept on clean sheets but they had a lot of old dirty and bloody stains on them so I just threw a towel over it as I was only here for 2 days Laundry person who is a gentleman was not so gentlemanly when I asked for fresh towels and gave me quite an attitude… if you don’t like your job pl... read more

This place used to be so nice in the early to mid-2000s. I lived here temporarily back then, and it was clean, well-maintained, and professionally run. When we arrived yesterday, it was a completely different experience. The front desk clerk was sitting behind the glass with her feet up, focused on her phone. Whatever happened to the professionalism and the signature red vests that Red Roof Inn employees used to wear? I probably should have left then, but I asked to see a first-floor room. Its incredibly insulting to have to room and bored with the local homeless community while your kid is in the ICU. Its a Monday night and there's a gathering of about 8, outside of our room drinking, smoking and partying. Just trying to make it to rounds in the morning, by the sounds of things I'm not going to make it. Also, we had to change rooms cause the first one was smokey, like someone lived in it for months and smoked like a chain smoker. "Smoke fre facility is not true. They smoke all over the premises.
