Room smells like urine. TV programming says most channels are no signal. Used bar soap in the shower. Slow toilet flushing. No help from the front desk. Dresser drawers are disgusting with hair.
This is a budget hotel with no frills. I don't think it is worth paying for a premium room, there was nothing premium about it. Run down, small, uncomfortable. The satellite television did not work the whole time we were there. The daytime front desk clerk was the rudest person I can ever remember dealing with in this type of position. The location is good and it is a very low price for Ann Arbor. As long as you manage your expectations you might find it serves your needs at a reasonable price. rooms were nasty feces in toilet hair in shower and bed found bed bugs and took them to the front desk they changed my room. i feel like i need some refund and the general manager hasn’t been there in 2 weeks… i do not recommend this place… but times are hard… it was loud people were arguing a dog was barking… a mess
