The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, even with our late check-in. The room was exceptionally clean, the sheets and towels were fresh, and there were no signs of bugs. The hotel also offered cable television, which was a nice bonus. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but overall, it was a pleasant stay

Very disappointed in our stay. I am a frequent flyer with redroof and have been for years for their pet friendly motto and great prices but "THIS" was in our room last night and when my husband showed it to the front desk they showed zero emotion and stated "we'll make a note of that". Which I think is quite unexceptable when told there are visible cockroaches in the room.

Stayed at this hotel several times for work. The elevator was out every time I stayed here. The rooms had the A/C and refrigerator turned off everytime I checked in so the room was hot and the refrigerator was hot and would not keep food cool after traveling all day. The rooms were also not very clean, and the sofa in one room had a large stain on it. Not sure why other reviews say that this hotel had clean rooms.
