The Pool was HOT as hell, my 5 year old thought it was a hot tub lol. Not worth it. The rooms smells bad even after they cleaned it. Smells of bad decisions and regrets. The mini fridge works, so that's a plus.

This motel is a joke. Found a bug on my pillow, a cockroach in the room, and our door didn’t even have the bottom seal like every other room, so bugs just walked right in. TV didn’t work, even after they gave us two useless remotes. The fridge barely worked, and when we asked for towels, they said to wait until morning because they “didn’t have any.” The pool was filthy, the sheets were stained, and the staff was rude. I’ve stayed at budget motels before, but this was beyond unacceptable.

0 stars, The manager was extremely rude and condescending. She expected me to know whom to speak to when another representative came to help me, and walked off after refusing to aid in an issue we were having with a third party. She spoke harshly to the third party when they called on the phone. Please provide training to front desk and managers to better represent Red Roof Inn.

Ok guys, so Wilmington it my home town but I moved away 8 years ago and live in the Charlotte area now I came down for a couple days for work related after all this time being gone, and guys I’m telling you it doesn’t get much better then this number one the price was awesome, number 2 how sweet everyone was, Ms Nina head of front desk was so awesome and so sweet and even helped prepare a room for me hours ahead of time, 2nd you can’t ask for a better location when you come to Wilmington wether for work or play, this locatio... read more
