Do not book with this hotel. I called to confirm the reservation and let them know that it was cheaper online and if I needed to cancel the reservation to go online and book and she said when we got there we could do a price comparison. I was trying to ask questions about the deposit,I was not being rude in any way and she kept cutting me off and would not let me ask simple questions and because I spoke over her she said she was not going to be hollered at and my reservation was cancelled. If I could give a 0 star I would have. When we arrived the room smelled like a wet dog. We didn’t have time to look for another room so we decided to just stay and deal with the smell. Then I saw the lights next to the beds were covered in bugs! Absolutely disgusting! I went to walk into the bathroom and slipped in a puddle of water from the refrigerator leaking. The room was absolutely disgusting! I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

1/5 — Absolutely Terrible Customer Service One of the worst front-desk experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The person at the front desk was extremely rude, disrespectful, and acted like helping a paying guest was an inconvenience. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. When you’re traveling and paying for a room, the bare minimum you should expect is basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were met with an attitude that made us feel completely unwelcome.
