I recently booked this online through hotels.com. I’m not your typical traveler, so I don’t stay in hotels on a consistent basis. But the entire process was a mess. We had 4 guests, 2 rooms. The first 2 guests were able to check in. Then myself and the other guests showed up. We check in and we are told that a balance was left over. I was confused on why. More to come on that. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Two issues were the website says there's a pool however it has not been in use since COVID. Also ice machine was not in use. Overall nice experience and would book there again.
