very friendly staff morning shift and evening.. gave me good directions/information about the area ie strores, places to eat.. everything is good
Other than the location everything else was to say the least a bit under whelming. The mattress was lumpy, wires were hanging out of the wall. The shower had two settings but with the calcium buildup only one setting worked and had very little pressure. The posts holding up the second floor balcony/walkway were rotting away. Some of the staff were nice, at best, and others were just down right nasty. Compared to other rooms I've had over the years, this was in much better condition upon check in. It's much quieter than most places, pet and child friendly as well.
Jennifer was amazing ! I faced an unfortunate situation, was left stranded at the hotel and she gave me a peace of mind for my dog an I . She was very kind to us both , she made sure we were accommodated even after I had to check out , all around a good woman . I’ve been going through hardship for awhile now and she is the only person who has made me feel safe . I thank her so much and I hope I spelled her name right & it wasn’t Jessica .
