Probably the worse hotel I e stayed at. No trash can in the room, the bathroom door doesn't close, cigarette burns on everything, towels that were stupid small, furniture that feels like it's going to fall apart any second, and no cups anywhere for water or even a coffee area. I do not recommend. 😡
I contemplated on writing this review. I work in the hotel industry. The way I was treated by the front desk was honestly embarrassing and disrespectful. My reservation was cancelled before the 8pm redi rewards courtesy Check in. The front desk lied and said I didn’t have a reservation to begin with. I tried showing her my confirmation email sent by their system, but she refused to look at my phone confirmation letter. Newly renovated and wonderful staff
Nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live in there!
The two front desk clerks were friendly and professional. The night clerk who checked me in was very helpful. The first room I checked into (123) had a broken AC. I moved to room 122 which had a broken fridge. So the the clerk came and moved the working fridge from 123 to 122 for me. (The manager also refunded me and was apologetic based on pictures and me getting off the phone with guest relations. So that was relatively painless.
