I have overall been pleased with my experience here at this hotel while working with Monica, Bethany, and Thalid. They were both respectful and seemed to have cared about my concerns/ issues (which I am still waiting to deal with management on).. aside from that they are pet friendly, the rooms are clean, decent sized TV’s, clean bathrooms. Lady at the counter was rude when I asked why there was no blowdryer in the room when it stated there should be one. Bugs in the rooms. Terrible stay and would not recommend. Also when went to check out she was asleep in the chair and extremely rude we woke her up and asked for a receipt. Your staff needs to do better! Felt completely unwelcome.
It is an okay hotel but it is cockroach infested. Also the smoke detector keeps beeping.
