This has been the worst Red Roof we’ve ever stayed at. And we’ve stayed at many of them traveling the country for dog sport events. This location was easily the most run down, disgustingly dirty hotel we were ever unfortunate enough to spend money on. We had to be reissued multiple different rooms because one was missing a fridge, one the tv was broken, and every room we saw was filthy. Bad dirty rooms, bugs, blood on walls, checked in with a remote attendant from another country. Horrible service and sketchy location
Alan was really nice to us, found us the perfect room we needed for a good price for the night and made sure we were taken care of
Alan was absolutely amazing on the kiosk machine to check in. I love the convenience and speed of the whole process. You all never disappoint when it comes to customer service and all around just great!
