I've been staying in hotels in and around the area for a while now. Staff is courteous, Tilak and Carlos were great. The room, however, was another story. Smell of cigarettes, low water pressure, clogged tub, and unkept room. The sheets had cigarette burns all over and were stained. The fridge and microwave were moldy and unusable. I dont think I will ever visit again, only star is for the people working there.
I’m updating my review. I’ve been here almost a year. Unfortunately I’ve had the pleasure of the wonderful hospitality by the employees. Trina always goes above and beyond for her customers. Robert is always pleasant on the weekends. Carlos is a wonderful person each and every night he always makes you feel welcome and treat you like a person, Miguel, Jeff, and the housekeepers and Georgia are always pleasant keeping things clean and tidy and always helpful to get you what you need now I have never had any issues with the pl... read more
