This is the hotel from hell!! The upstairs tenants are fighting and throwing things over the banister onto cars below cigarette butts everywhere and I do not smoke at all. Can't sleep someone banging on the door and the wall. People all around my car spoking playing with the doors. Selling drugs smoking weed in the unit giving me a headache. Nice people in the office but ineffective. It's a zoo!!!most tenants are extended stay and do not have a vested interest in anything. FYI staff did put them out but they left a mess. Worst hotel I've been to. - Arriving to the property guest outside the property loitering didn't feel safe - Employees with their children at work with them - odor in lobby - elevator dirty -entering the room reeks of smoke -PURCHASE TWO ROOMS - did sheet check to find out sheets were dirty. - toilet seats dirty - Went to the front desk and spoke with DAVE who claimed he was the general manager of the property addressed our concern with the cleanliness of the room and how we just wanted our money back. David at the front desk is very pleasant and patient. The first room he gave me I wasn't comfortable with so he gave me an upgrade I had to pay for. The 2nd room next door was better. Bed is comfortable. I have a microwave and some refrigerator. And more room. Room was somewhat clean but could had been better. Top bedspread had stains on it. And a mild odor when I first went into the room. Looked like some homeless people were also staying there. But they were cool. Overall its a nice place to stay for the price and location... read more
