I will not stay here. I called to find out if they charge a deposit, the kid that answered the phone said they don't, and hung up on me. Extremely rude. If that's the way they treat guests, then there is no way in hell I will stay here
We woke up itchy and found bed bugs in our bed crawling around at 1AM. Before that- we also found old food left by a previous guest in the fridge, mold on the lamps in the room, and a roach running around. We captured one of the bedbugs and brought it to the front desk- all we were offered was a room swap. I ended up having to book a whole new hotel room somewhere else. I can tolerate a gross hotel room for a night but the bedbugs were the last straw.
Very clean room. This awesome location. Polite staff I definitely recommend
