My boyfriend reserved a room, we both worked all day and wanted to have a comfortable and quiet night alone.We get there, he's knocking on the lobby door for about 20 minutes before I finally called inside, the lady ( I forgot to get her name) answered and came to unlock the lobby door to let him in, Customer service sucked! We rented a room out on Saturday 5/6/2025 around 11pm so there was a lot of empty rooms. They put us in room 136! Terrible! I walked to get ice and they had nice rooms available. Easy check in. Close to whatever your stomach craves. I can go north south east and west within 2 minutes. Close to 2 interstates.
Beds are comfortable but plenty of times I’ve been without face towels , no soap in the bathroom rugs been dirty stains no vacuum in sight floors be dirty seen bed bugs early morning it’s ridiculous red roof on secor be more clean and that’s surprising
