Me estuve quedando en la cadena durante todo mi viaje con mi familia y nunca había tenido una experiencia tan mala como en esta sucursal, nos entregaron una habitación sucia, se ve que volvieron a tender la misma ropa de cama que había, las camas estaban rotas y sonaban demasiado, el olor a cigarro a pesar de ser para no fumadores era muy intenso y una de las camas apestaba a orinar en una orilla, en el baño no teníamos toallas y la bañera estaba sucia y con pelos, no regresaríamos

My room had roaches, I do not recommend anyone to come to this hotel. It was not a dead Roach either.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in awhile, coming from someone who travels frequently. When we walked in, it looked like no one had cleaned the room. Ever. There was dust and dirt all over, weird white stuff on the desk, black pubes within the folds of the shower curtain, little dirt splatters all over the walls. Only 2 pillows on the beds, only 1 paper thin blanket to cover yourself with, and nonstop smell of Marijuana. To the point, It was giving me a headache.

This place is awesome first and foremost the management here is top-notch Mr Mark is awesome and he does what he can. He is very understanding as well as other staff members here. Also I must say the Wi-Fi here is amazing I can download my PS5 games in an hour or two. Also shout out to Louis he's a very handy maintenance man
