Besides having to be a scientist to get in the damn parking lot, it was very culminating with my cat they were 50% refund after going through a little drama that was their fault and we get our towels but they did accommodate us the very next morning so overall maybe a four star . They do allow your pet to stay free That's the only really good thing I liked.
