I was totally amazed at the room, service and absolutely everything here. We stayed at this specific location. We work different jobs so needed a place for just a night or two. Marlon and Leslie were so helpful, and totally guest oriented. They both made me feel so welcome. There's fresh coffee here so I didn't have to even leave for that! This was my worst hotel experience. We flew into TPA late and called ahead to assure we would get a room. The front desk had our key but after 3 failed attempts and new keys, we still couldn't get in. We were taken to a different room on the opposite side of the hotel with all of our luggage and kids (and no elevator). There were bugs everywhere: in the bed, on every wall and in the bathroom.
