I had a great experience, and Mike at the front desk really stood out. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He made the check-in process smooth and easy, answered all my questions, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes you feel comfortable and taken care of, but Mike definitely does. Loved everything about this place especially the 2nd shift Customer Service Representative she has like reddish hair, she was so awesome and attentive . Super nice and welcoming I even extended my stay . So I tried going to the front desk before check out time and there was a 1st shift Front Desk lady she was dark skinned and wears glasses. She was very rude and inattentive she was nothing like the lady I met for check out I WOULDNT RECOMMEND CHECKING IN WITH HER HER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.
