I have stayed at Red Roof Inn in Syracuse for over 25 years. I have always had a positive experience. However this hotel has hit rock bottom. The phone has not worked for several days. The manager doesn't seem overly concerned about it. I have had a first floor handicap reservation for several months. I arrived and was told that I had to take a third floor room. The manager was anything but sympathetic. Stay away from this place unless they bring in competent management.

This derelict establishment is a disgrace to all motels. First off, the room smelled like a porta potty. Secondly, and most disgusting is this room was ABSOLUTELY INFESTED with cockroaches. I took a video and will be posting to multiple social media outlets, as well as the health department. There's absolutely no excuse for the conditions of this place. And under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should they be open to house people.

I walked into room 126 first the employee had trouble open the door Walked in my bathroom had bugs in there went to put something on my bed saw bed bugs on the bed near the door and bug guts on the made bed
