Not ADA compliant. Put on 3rd floor. Elevator is broken. Frigid outside. 2 older people with bad backs carrying suitcases up wooden, uneven stairs. The walk to get to the room is icy enough to fall, despite tripping to salt it. I believe this place should be unattached to red roof inn

They do not answer their phones. I’m from out of town and stayed here because I literally just needed a bed for the night. I have been trying to call them for two days now because I believe I left a set of keys there and nobody is answering the front desk phone. I even called the corporate customer service number and they can’t even get the hotel to answer the phone.

What. A. Dump. I brought a 95 year old man here to take a shower and the shower is in disrepair. It's functional, but only just. If I had all day, I would write a short diatribe. We should have gone to Planet Fitness instead. He normally goes to his daughters but she's out of town, so she paid for a motel. I thought this would be nicer, cozier and warmer. The heat started at 66°F and after an hour and a half, it's finally at 69°F. Not great if you're 95 years old with poor circulation. Good thing he's hard of hearing so the ... read more

When you walk in to the room it smells like cat pee. The bathroom is not really clean and the shower curtain has mold. Would not recommend
