If I had known how bad this place was going to be, I would’ve never reserved a room. The first room they put me in had no heat control. The heater ran and ran no matter what temperature you put it on and it would get so hot you could not stand it. Of course, the personnel there had no clue what to do and even got annoyed When I said I wasn’t going to be able to handle the heat in there. Ants roaming the floor. Place smells of smoke. Loud doors and thumps surrounding the room. Literally a huge booger on the wall above the toilet. Room has a very ratty chair. Bathtube doesn't drain well. Guest services relocated me to a better room. Easy fix.

I don’t like to complain, but this place was not worth my $87. Air unit was fully in the room on a wooden platform that was moldy and dusty. Chair was very tattered and the whole room really badly needs to be updated. The only pleasant thing was the young lady at the front counter when we checked in. She was very nice to work with. I hope she finds a different place to work before her reputation goes down the clogged drains.
