My son called me freaking out bc he found cock roaches all over the floor in every part of his room including the walls, nothing but eggs all over the top of the bed including a huge yellow stain , I told him to leave immediately, front desk said sorry I don’t have anymore available rooms & that was it. How disgusting. He also took a video of a cock roach jus crawling on the hallway walls, I don’t recommend this hotel they need to be reported.

Room was clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. No soap in the dispenser. Easy chair was in BAD shape. Should have been thrown out long ago, all material was in shreds. Service was good

Although in desperate need of updating, the room was clean and comfortable. The customer service is top notch. The front desk clerk asked if my husband and I were ok to walk upstairs. We would have been challenged to do so. She moved some info around and found us a different room on the first floor. She even placed us on a corner without being asked. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful. She needs a raise please.
