First room I got into was raining down the wall onto the tv and microwave. After that I had to take a smoking room. I was able to get fresh towels daily and the cleaning staff was very nice but I took out my own trash and cleaned my room myself.
Would definitely NOT recommend staying here. Too many negative things that it would be virtually impossible to list in one paragraph. The ONLY POSITIVE attribute about the RRI in Statesboro is the owner/manager, Mrs. D. She is a sweetheart that works very hard to overcome the challenges she's faced with on a daily basis. Unfortunately, she seems to be a bit overwhelmed at times. I do wish her all the best. The overall experience at this hotel will leave you with a very negative feeling.
