The most disappointing and disgusting room I've EVER seen! Two holes in the walls, broken air conditioner, mold in bath tub and NO toilet seat!!!!!! And what's worse? They're marketing themselves as Howard Johnson instead of Red Roof! Shame on you!!
Four days ago I posted what I thought was a phenomenal review, and the majority of it was supposed to be a positive review on Mrs. D. I'm back today to leave my experience with Cody, and I've seen some negative reviews about him. As I mentioned before (but have recently deleted) I've been back and forth from the red roof to home with my Honey for the past 3-ish+ months now and while Nichole and Mrs. D have been hands down the BEST with my check-ins and check-outs, I haven't exactly had anything bad to say about anyone else. ... read more
The beds are too high off the floor but I knew why when the daylight was over and the night came roaches clawing on the floor .The spiders are getting full off the roaches they catch ! I will never get a room here again if I had to come back to Statesboro ga . It Sucks.
I've been back and forth for 3-ish months between a few different motels, while the staff is pretty alright, I've finally had the pleasure of getting help from Miss D, and she was phenomenal. She's the first one that's been able to help me with any online issue I've had and listened to all my concerns for every stay I've had. I will now wake up early enough to catch her if I have any problems. She was professional, nice, kind, caring and everything else one looks for when they need help without being put down.
