First thing as soon as checked in front desk said YES a room NO SMOKING as soon as I opened the door for the first time I immediately had to turn off the a/c unit because I soo should have bought a pack of camel cigarettes just to fit in "horrible cigarette smell" like why did he even say anything smh no a/c for a week in Texas smh... two days without tv also. Very very bad experience at that place bad service and management they are very rude people and they told us to get out of there because they thought our dogs are dirty and we actually cleaned the room after we left we cleaned it better then whwn we first got it do not go to that place it's loud and the staff and management do not care about people

Always stay here when am in town for work front desk staff are always amazing and helpful cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful
