The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. It is a great location. I always stay with them when I am in town
I'm extremely sorry that I actually drove out of my way to stay here. I'm a frequent red roof customer mostly because of their pet policy. I've tried to come up with a positive of this hotel but it's really difficult. I had to move rooms after unpacking due to an issue. The second room was just slightly better. Dirty, needs maintained much better. The outside was horrible, looked like a homeless camp in a way. Definitely won't be back. At least the bedding was clean.
