Room was dirty, toilet would not flush, towels had dirt on them, and both beds had dirt in the middle. Tried to get service to fix the toilet, and none came. Checked out at 11:30 at night and had to find another place to stay.
Stayed at Red Roof Inn & Suites Rome for a quick business trip—really solid experience. Room was clean and quiet, Wi-Fi worked great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Super convenient location, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Would stay again.
This hotel is so nasty. Checking got not smoking room walked into a room that reeked Marijuana asked for another room as well another room and it smell like mildew another room same thing got put in the presidential suite and there was a flood water all over the floor had to move for a fifth time then found roaches in the room we settle into staff was not helpful at all This place is nasty do not stay here.
