Booked two rooms paid in full three months ago. Got to check in rooms id paid for wasn't the rooms we were put it. Like other had posted floors were nasty in the rooms. Sink in the room leaked from the faucet when you turned on water. There was no hot water for the second floor we were on in either rooms. Called front desk and was told that the water was backwards and you have to run it on cold to get any hot water?? My family and I have stayed at this location several times. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and included a small fridge. My kids LOVED the pool. The complimentary pancake breakfast at Raegan's House of Pancakes was awesome as well. All in all, I recommend this Red Roof and will stay here again in the future.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Right on the strip in Tenn. where you could walk to shops and all.
