Nice clean room with jacuzzi
The rooms are nice and clean staff is very friendly and helpful only thing that's disappointing to me is the Jacuzzi is done and been down for awhile but overall experience is very good I stay here a lot when I come to lake ozark mo
I am a disabled veteran with a purple heart that was in town with my service dog for a fire Marshal's conference. I paid for a pet room even though ADA doesn't require me to. I had a decent stay despite the bed making my back hurt and the hot tub that was indefinately out of order surrounded with caution tape like a crime scene. What I'm disputing with USAA and reporting to some different agencies usa the fact we have been billed for PET HAIR when we paid for a pet room. Room was filthy, we found two bed bugs and still haven’t heard anything from reporting it at the front desk.
