Didn't like they charged an extra 100 fee for security deposit but it got refunded. Allowed my support dog with no issue
The room was clean and close to front door on first floor. This suited my needs to be close to entrance and the nice laundry machines. TV worked superb too! Windows open to allow fresh air. Sammie is the best! She really knows her stuff! I keep coming back to Red Roof Inn time and time again because it's consistently good with no issues.
Receptionist literally stole $75 cash from me. I booked & paid in full on Booking.com. Arrived after 8 pm. She told me she needed $100 security deposit when I arrived. I was first going to use credit card then asked if I could use cash instead. She said yes. I then realized I only had $75 cash. She said I could pay $75 cash and put $25 on card. That happened. I asked the woman how the $75 would be refunded she said it would go on my card with the $25. I thought it odd but just accepted her word. Lo and behold no refund came.... read more
