The new ownership of this red roof Inn. Has hired horrible managers the woman that works at the front desk is rude judgmental very unprofessional and also a liar . She informed me that if I booked on a third-party party booking site that if somebody else wanted to pay more for the room, they would cancel my booking at any time and if I spent money, I would lose my money otherwise they would cancel my reservation if there wasn’t somebody that was willing to pay more, I knew that was incorrect. My personal experience at this property on March 5, 2026: When I arrived, the outside looked decent but the lobby smelled strongly like cigarette smoke even though the property advertises itself as smoke-free. The front desk employee was initially friendly and checked me in around 4:40 PM. After entering the first room, I inspected the bedding and noticed animal hair on the sheets, stained mattresses, dirty floors, and dust and hair on the bed frame. Experienced a Blizzard while staying in the area was there for work. On the day of checkout I rebooked through Expedia and the lady up front who also claimed to be the manager/owner got upset that I didn't book straight through the hotel ( cause they jacked all their rates due to the weather) and told me I could pay 35 for "early" check in or come back at 3.
