We didn’t even stay there for 30 minutes. When we got to the rooms, the toilet paper was used. You can tell because the toilet paper sheet was split into two and was hanging. There were 2 cockroaches in the refrigerator, cockroaches on the walls and there was a spider in the corner of the room. There was also hair on the bed sheets and was stained. Terrible place to stay. We ended up grabbing our bags and booking at another hotel. Never again will book this hotel.

Checking into our room we had a double king size family suit. The lamp shades were messed up. The back door to our balcony was extremely hard to open. fire place did not work . The couch had white marks on it. Night stands and table on balcony were dirty and sticky. And our spa tub was not cleaned properly , we chose this room for the spa tub. Over all was decent to stay in but maybe not worth the price

I had booked this hotel over the weekend earlier this month. Upon parking my car and walking to the check in counter, I noticed rats running around the property. I immediately notified the front desk team that there is a rat infestation in the property and I am requesting immediate cancellation. I showed the hotel team were the rats went into the wall hole. And another Customer also confirmed he saw rats running around at night. The hotel staff denied my refund after sharing all the details of this matter. I highly recommend... read more

They charged me on my card and yet would not give us a room. I would not trust this place. They did not give my money back right away. They say it'll take 4 days.

Never experienced a worse mattresses in my life, we couldn't sleep...and our schedule were too tight to make changes very sad for the price
