Very nice room for the night, we splurged for the upgrade and got the fireplace and balcony. The fireplace was nice for ambiance but not really necessary while the balcony was definitely a nice feature especially in the warm weather. This was not our first time at this hotel, and hopefully won't be our last.

wow i cant believe this place operates the way it dose. they take advantage of people by unselling rooms that do not have all the amenities they claim. they have dirty rooms that are unsafe. Im very sorry my family wasted their money they should have stayed at the bestwestren down the street

Felt drafty and cold :/ Aircon/heater didn't change much but only wasted energy. Room by the ramp needs improving. Asked for beddings for the kids. Fitted sheet was not brought only pillows and a blanket. Neighbour guests had a car that went off twice in the eve/night.

It heavily smells like dog pee in the front office and along the walking corridor and on the staircase to the bed I was absolutely disgusted by this and the rooms are filthy. I’m not sure how they think a brown gooey substance on this tile is clean.
