Kind of a scruffy part of town but the rooms are big, clean, and quiet and they're very reasonably priced unless there's some crazy event in town like the ATT Pro-Am or Car Week.
I stayed in early in October and everything was pretty good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean and ready. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful. Sergay at the front desk is great all around good guy. I would stay here any time.
Keeping in mind that this is a budget hotel it's pretty crap. Paid to upgrade to a "suite" for the single king bed only to find out that the section I got according to the other staff members is used to house homeless people for a month which explains why the room is so poorly maintained. Photos are from room 126 the only one I forgot to take was of the corroded shower head.
Very affordable. If you're on a budget but still want a clean, fresh, pleasant and comfortable stay, this is the place.
