The beds comfortable and the staff was friendly. I got sleep which is the thing i needed for an overnight stay. Most things felt rundown and dingy. If i had to guess, this used to be an old Courtyard Inn that was purchased to serve as a Red Roof franchise location. Our room had some small puddles of standing water when we entered. Room was nice and clean. Needed the shower fixed and the second floor elevator was out, however our stay was fine.
A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! My wife and I were driving back home from California and stopped here for (thankfully) just one night. We had stayed here before and didn’t recall it being too bad as red roofs go. Around 12:55am, after being on the road for over 12 hours, I step outside of the car to go check in and I’m greeted with a punch in the face of the odor of dog feces. 2 night stay. Hotel is hot except for the room. Saw dog feces on the floor night one, was not cleaned up for the entirety of my stay. Only given two towels and a single bar of soap. Housekeeping did not provide fresh sheets but remade bed with old sheets. Towels and sheets are all stained. Not well kept, framed picture above bed is broken. Would not recommend this place. No WiFi.
