horrific staff. they came in yelling in another language. rooms are out of date and unclean. dont waste a dollar at this hotel. it's a nightmare

They have a sign placed at the front desk. In large print it says PETS STAY FREE! Lies... I booked online to save a few bucks and the deposit they require if you don't book online. Upon check in, they tried to charge us a $50 pet deposit!!! What's worse, I just stayed there a week ago with my dog! FREE! My heat didn't work and they refused to let me change rooms! Me and my dog froze all night!
While I was registering my nephew watched a drug deal in the parking lot. I was in the large handicap parking space and somehow my new car got scratched ... I would not recommend this place at all.
Booked on expedia and thought we booked downtown. Ugh! Arrived and person checking-in was in the lobby feet up watching the game on tv. Should have know there it might not be the best service. Customer service was the worst we have ever had traveling. Room has peeling wall paper everwhere. Paint job was poorly done too but thats just cosmetics. Tub had a no slip pad that was peeling off. I walked in and had a complete stranger in my room! Black guy! He said his homegirl that work there hooking him up under the table! I had my son with me things could’ve went bad! I called the police after the run around I’m they saw the video of him entering and exiting my room and etc I’m trying to push this as far as I can probably even sue! Got in from the road at 1am. Read some reviews and thought I would give it a try. Wrong it was nasty dirty lights did not work. Switched rooms and there was a used bandaid on the bed. Would not recommend this to anyone.
It was the worst place I started at.The staff was not helpful at all the breakfast suck. My sister room you could not use the bathtub.In my room had flee. I would not stay again.
