Ugh, I usually try my best to give places the highest and most honest review. Unfortunately, I had to give this place a 1. I visited Lexington and had to add a night and my other hotel was booked. This one was available and cheap so I went with it. Arrived and front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room on the other hand was a no. We stayed only because we had no where else to go. Absolutely disgusting and refused to accommodate my handicap grandmother! Then told us we need to leave. The staff named Lisa was absolutely the most unprofessional customer service receptionist

Stayed at this hotel for about roughly a week or two the rooms are outrageously priced for what they are they are outdated I killed two cockroaches in my bathroom the whole time I was there their towels look like they have feces stains all over them and to beat it all they tried to tell you who you can have and who you can't have in your hotel room that you paid for that is the most ridiculous stuff that I've ever heard in my life.
