Very good hotel and good cleaning staff was very good.
Just dropped a passenger off there that was in a wheelchair and it's not very accessible. There is a ramp to get up on the curb but no automatic door and no button to open the door
I am writing this review, and gave it 5 stars because of Lisa M that works the front desk SECOND SHIFT here at the Hamburg location in Lexington, Ky. She is PHENOMENAL and I mean that with my whole heart. We were evicted from our apartment and I came in here crying my eyes out and she was just so kind to me. That’s so rare in the world that we live in today. She showed me a kindness and a heartfelt empathy that I will never forget for the rest of my life. She treated me like a human being, in one of my worst times.
This was the best red roof inn i have ever stayed at. I did not know that red roof inn had jacuzzi suites , and it was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
