There was regulars that clearly live there that were extremely rude to the point I left early. I was excited to be on a mini honeymoon with my spouse and ended it very abruptly due to being extremely uncomfortable. The staff was super nice tried to handle it but there wasn't much they could do.

Chelsea was so helpful!! Couple minor things. Like the jets weren't doing anything 😫 room was good and check in was easy!!

BED BUGS!!!!!!! After several employees "verified" the bugs crawling on the bed I was told I would be refunded.......they claimed they refunded the 3rd party I booked thru and I've yet to see a penny. This place is absolutely disgusting

Just don't. Zero a/c in lobby. Room a/c barley.. No bed bugs but my room was full of ants so much so I was woken up by them and was out the door by 745. I slept with all my lights on cause I just didn't trust it. Rooms are like whoa dirty. Maid staff should be paid more to do a actual decent job. Shower pressure was beyond bad, laughable actually.. Ive stayed at PLENTY of red roofs in my travel, this is 2d worst. Couldn't pay me to go back. Get back on Google, find a different hotel. Do not come here. Idk who wrote the decen... read more
