Rooms are very dirty, not clean. There is blood and nastiness all over the bed every time I come lately. The soap has not been replaced toilet paper not been replaced.used condoms in the room nasty
I have never been to a more disgustingly dirty hotel. Upon check in, the man at the desk was very helpful. When we entered the room, there was a beep, much like a battery for a smoke alarm that needs to be changed. I turned on the light and the comforter on the bed looked like it hadn't been washed in a month. There were 2 really big stains on it. I went to the desk and asked for a different room. I lost my brand new Apple AirPod Max as soon as I checked into the hotel, but did not realize until the day after. The staff was Extremely helpful in finding it and returning them to me. Definitely a trustworthy place to stay!
Friendly staff, clean room, and a shuttle to take us to the palace. Everything u can ask of a hotel.
