Location and reasonable prices are its best assets. Being close to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport makes it ideal for budget conscious travelers. Nearby restaurants and shopping make this an ideal location. I had a very comfortable stay there!

Booked this hotel after dropping someone off at the airport for a late flight. So it was late AND it was raining. Due to the unsafe and dated condition of the room I had to leave. I requested a refund since I left immediately (which was never given) I ended up getting back home at 2a.m. so the entire experience was pretty dismal. Photo attached is the inside of the door lol 😆 crazy

The service at the desk was fine, the room seemed clean, and we slept well, but when we woke up in the morning we had an itch all over our bodies. We don't know what it was; we were so tired we didn't see anything, we just wanted to sleep. But the sheets were stained. Why don't they change the sheets if they're stained? The room is cheap for one night, but I don't want to sleep on those sheets and wake up with a terrible itch.

I gave the service 3stars because at least the person at the desk stated that he didn't do the refunds, and when I called twice after that, I spoke to the same person who had my information and read it back to me including the room and said that I would have to speak to the manage... read more
