I wish I could give it a no stars review. When I booked (through a third party unfortunately) it said check in was 24 hours. It was in fact not, there was no one there, no one picked up the phone and I rang the bell so many times and still no one. Trying to get a hold of the motel also a hassle and very difficult to do. I'm being charged for rooms I didn't stay in. I want a refund or something because if I had to go elsewhere I don't want to have to pay for rooms I didn't use. I have stayed here several times in the past but I will not be staying again. Roaches crawling everywhere curtains are nasty a have holes all in them. And yes they need to let the guys run the office that are polite the lady is rude she needs to stay way in the back. Don't Stay Here

Place is disgusting!! Staff is rude!! Website says they accept dogs & cats and accept ESAs with proper documents. First issue when I arrived is being informed that they don’t allow cats even if they are service animals. I told them I would report them for ADA violation, they then said I could keep her in a cage! A cat in a cage?? They obviously don’t know cats use litter boxes and you can’t just taken them out of the cage and walk them like a dog. The room was nice enough however the mattress sunk in the middle and was very soft and uncomfortable. House keeping entered our room an hour before the time to check out without knocking.
