Best for the $$$ in fayetteville. Ms. Alyssa is such a joyful, helpful, energetic lady that does an amazing job. I couldn't have asked for any better service than was given during my stay. Thanks you to everyone there at Red Roof. Because of you all when I needed a place while in town my stay was relaxed and accommodated better than I could have ask for. Great Job Red Roof

Red roof of Owen Dr Is by far the best place I've stayed in Fayetteville and Ive stayed out of all of them! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff is very nice. This Red Roof Inn is pet friendly as many places in Fayetteville are not. Alyssa at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I'm serious, this is the best place to stay in my opinion. Circle K and Carlie C's IGA are right down the street. Cape Fear Valley hospital ia very close also. The environment is a safe one also. Crime rate is low at this location. Room r... read more

My reason for the 5 is cause the staff they are all great, friendly understanding still stick policy is policy you follow that you have no issues at all house keeping even though I don't need them anything I do need they are there front desk staff Alyssa SHE'S AWESOME, Will is also great and Ms Lisa what up!!!...lol...great place to stay close to anything taxi services on site if needed. Come on down if you ever need a place to be at they got you covered. Later for now.....Great job Red Roof Inn!!!

Hotel was very dirty. There was a hole in the ceiling of our first room. In our second room, a cockroach was found in the bathroom. There was dirt between the sheets of one bed. The rooms were very dim. AC didn't work. The rubber on the wheels of the luggage cart was falling off, making it hard to maneuver. The front desk morning person was quite helpful, and Pedro and his assistant helped get the cat out of his hiding place. In summary, it was not a good experience.
