The staff are awesome very helpful Alyssa is always willing to help and work with people ,the rooms are clean and the breakfast is always on time great place
Was traveling from NY to FL with my mother who has Dimentia. Shaun was very friendly welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me make My mom comfortable and her personality made us feel safe . Rooms are a little dated and need updates but they serve the purpose and for the price your expectations shouldn’t be too high. Thank you Shauna!
First thing I notice once inside, in the hallway and in my room was the smoke and marijuana smell was over powering. I guess the smoke free hotel signs are just a suggestion. There were a stains on the bedding. No soap or shampoo in the shower and the shower doors would not operate properly. No Kleenex in the room either. Nasty spots all over the walls and inside the elevator. Woke up at 6am to people in the next room screaming and the smell of burning marijuana. Breakfast was a joke so don’t bother.
