Hotel was very dirty. There was a hole in the ceiling of our first room. In our second room, a cockroach was found in the bathroom. There was dirt between the sheets of one bed. The rooms were very dim. AC didn't work. The rubber on the wheels of the luggage cart was falling off, making it hard to maneuver. The front desk morning person was quite helpful, and Pedro and his assistant helped get the cat out of his hiding place. In summary, it was not a good experience.

Alyssa is the best thanks for everything from over the phone to in person, best customer service I've have in years understanding and very outgoing....thanks for everything Alyssa and the Red Roof Inn.

Sheets were dirty with yellow stains. I seen MULTIPLE ROACHES IN MY ROOM crawling everywhere! They got roaches in the cereal fr yall! I was in the hotel room for 10 minutes tops and spotted at least 4 roaches on video! The big cockroaches too! I had to get up out of there chile it was disgusting! I got a full refund and left to a different hotel all within a hour. Please don’t make the same mistake if you’re traveling! This hotel got roachessss yall! Omg!

Avoid this sad excuse for a hotel at all cost. Upon check in the doors don’t automatically open, so you have to open them manually while hauling your luggage. Check in went smoothly but lots of shady people hanging about. My thought is that the hotel is also used as housing for the less fortunate. Fixtures and shower are old and in need of repair.
