honestly everything was fine, but the room felt outdated. and definitely overpriced, not understanding why i was charged state tax in a tax free state. otherwise it was okay.

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Dover, DE, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — the floors were so dirty that my feet turned black after walking barefoot. It was obvious they don’t mop or clean properly. The tub faucet was broken, the cabinets were off their hinges, and the toilet wasn’t even secured to the floor — it literally lifted when you sat down.
