The service was friendly upon arrival… until I discovered ROACHES in my room! I checked the room for bed bugs and looked to see if the bathroom was clean (it’s WAS NOT). I was willing to compromise by going to buy cleaning supplies to do a quick scrub of the bathroom. However, once coming back to the room I discovered ROACHES by the entry door, dresser, and garbage pail in the room. I took a video (i screenshot pictures from it).
