I normally hate writing reviews, but the customer service from this place was horrible. I received a call from one of the front desk people screaming at me to put a leash on my dog and that because my dog was running without a leash one of the guests fell. When I tried explaining that it's impossible since for starters my dog is always on his leash and second I left the room at 0530am. How could my dog cause the fall when I wasn't in the area?
