The person behind the desk needs a course on custome service "I need an ID....give me a signature." How about "may I see an ID....will you sign here please." The room had carpet bugs in the bed.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to !!! We got there and it smells like weed... we get in there, to smell a really weird smell. The elevator barely worked at all and was very dirty.. we got into the room and there was an even worse smell and the sheets were stained and were dirty. The pool was terrible, the tv was terrible, the room service was also terrible. This was so overpriced for a hotel please people never come here...

No bugs! (huge plus), it was a hotel room but honestly overpriced for what we got. When we searched the bed, we found some weird looking stains that could’ve been throw up or pee (completely unsure), and our room in general smelled like feet (needed to be aired out for sure). Our room was missing shampoo and hand soap and was not refilled when we requested it. Really really just ok. We had a place to sleep. There were stains on the underside of the mattress and weird crumb bits around the room. No bed bugs and no roaches is relieving. There was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathroom. The shelves in the dresser were held with duct tape. The breakfast was sad. Apple, bananas, white bread, and hard boiled eggs in the mini fridge. I paid 400$ for 3 nights and it wasn’t worth it at all. The worst hotel I’ve ever been in.
