Very clean and nice room that I had. The only reason I left one star off on service was because after already paying for the room online, as I'm checking in, they informed me that I had to pay a $100 deposit that would be returned after checkout. Which it is pending the return as I write this. So if you stay here or if the hotel sees this, then it should be made clear that deposits are required to stay.
We had to change rooms 3 times over. 1st room - AC only worked when you wiggled the cord. T.V had no signal. Toilet paper holder was missing. Used rolled sitting on the vanity. Room was not very clean. Stuff all over the walls and the ice tray area. Just overall not a nice feeling. 2nd room - bathroom floor was west. Almost slipped and fell. Towels had clearly been messed with more than likely used. Bedding had clearly not been changed. You could see discoloration like they weren’t stained or but had obvious dirt smudges. Ag... read more
