stayed 3 nights with my toddler and boyfriend, a Thursday to a Saturday. great location, close to the highway and plenty of fun activities and places to eat! very friendly and helpful staff! great price, as well! our room was clean and comfortable, exactly what I expected for the price! they do have smoking rooms available, so keep that in mind if you don't like cigarette or green smell! one small suggestion, I wish they'd take breakfast off the website. there was coffee available, but no breakfast! just a very small thing, ... read more
I made my reservation the same day in the evening. We had gone to Kings Island for the haunt and made it to the lobby around 12:45 am. Upon entering the man at the desk told me that they did have my room although "you may think it's not clean but it is". I have never in my life heard something like that. I asked what that meant he said "it may appear like it is dirty but it is marked as 'ready for guest'". I said well, do you have a queen room that I can switch to. He said that he did. Easy access off the highway, Allie at the desk was very helpful, midpoint on my way home to Tennessee right before the heavy traffic in Cincinnati. I will definitely stay there again. Special kudos to Allie who remembered me and even put me in the same room plus helped me with all my questions
The customers here are some of the rudest ones I've seen. And they live here. old white man, little black car come in screaming he ain't got to get his room clean n things. Like if you going to be nasty go else were. I was just checking out and felt some kind of way. I feel for the lady working.
Me,and my children have stayed at this beautiful hotel,because someone drove through our home with their car,and caused us to be displaced! This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are amazing,never had problems with the water,tv,or beds! The beds felt amazing! The maids were amazing,and always scheduled times to clean my room to make sure I still had the home feel!
