Absolutely disgusting! Requested a non-smoking room. The entire building smelled like cigarettes and our room was worse. There were cigarette ashes on our bedding, food crumbs under the comforter, had to practically slam the door to shut it, dirty towel on tub, bathroom door looked as if it had been kicked in on the bottom, 1/4 roll of toilet paper, and thick residue on lamp switch. This place was super disappointing for the amount of money paid. We chose this location because it was a less expensive pet-friendly option. Red Roof is always known for being THE pet-friendly hotel. This was more like pet-tolerated. We booked a superior king suite online. We were really looking forward to having a king bed for the night too. We literally talked about it on our way there. I love Ali on the weekends and rich but I hate having to wake up third shift saga or whatever her name is and she is really rude unlike everyone else that works here at the hotel. I love this hotel I been here for over 50 days and I I ain’t never had no problems until I have to talk to her. AS I SAID SLEEP!!!!

Very polite and helpful, clean larger rooms, pet friendly, no issues here
