We stayed here while traveling to Norfolk for our cruise. We stayed on the second floor which had an odd smell. The sign at the front desk that clearly stated “no marijuana” obviously wasn’t enforced as the whole place smelled like a family of skunks having a party. Don't. Save your time. Save your MONEY. CHARGED US 500% MORE THAN WHAT WAS AGREED. WE HAD PREVIOUSLY BOOKED AND PAID ON BOOKING.COM. WE CALLED AHEAD, CONFIRMED THE BOOKING, THEN WHEN ARRIVED WAS TOLD THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED. WE RECEIVED NO NOTICE BETWEEN US CONFIRMING AND US ARRIVING. JUST DONT.
Been here for 3 weeks now all of a sudden the white man NAMED LUCKY says anyone can enter your room with you not being anywhere around place is very unpleasant & unprofessional
Over charge you in person book online! place is unprofessional they still have the same carpet from the 1600s THEY WILL ENTER YOUR ROOM WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!!!!!!
