Visiting from out of state and stayed here for my wedding anniversary. It was a very pleasant stay! I have since booked twice and would recommend this location to anyone who wishes to stay in Suffolk for their travels.
We had a breakdown and had to stay an extra night. The room was clean w/a pleasant aroma. My only complaints were that the floor of the tub was so slippery I fell and the room, hvac needs replaced and a general refresh. The staff were all very pleasant and attentive. Also, the view of the river was spectacular.
Terrible smells like rotten fish, they don’t clean anything or sweep much less mop and if you take the sheets off the bed they’ll put the same ones back on the bed and they’ll take dirty towels and not give towels back. Absolutely terrible service all around.
