Had a reservation booked and paid for 3 weeks in advance for a king bed, was contacted the day of to change our room to a double since it was double booked, not acceptable . Couldn’t do anything but take the room since they had no more vacancies and we were already on our way. Trash piled outside entrance to building, stained sheets, dirty floors, bed too soft, desk chair filthy. Will not be returning in the future.
