Not sure what to say but honestly a Budget hotel off the highway on the way home. The lady at the counter was super nice with check in super late into the night. Once we got to our room, we noticed a burned iron mark on the floor, no towels in the bathroom(if we showered), a very used and dirty shower, a toilet bowl that needs recalling, a smell that is musky...maybe stale and the little kitchenet has a very dirty drain. 🛑 Never again, you walk in the lobby was fine, smells of bleach so thought they were very clean. No way the rooms were nasty dirty bed sheets, the comforters looks like they haven’t been washed in forever. Floor and table has ashes on them from cigarettes. The bathroom was gross toilet dirty old and wobbles , no towels at all had to ask for them, looks like they were used already. It’s as a quiet stay thank God. Need to pay your housekeepers more and maybe they will do a better job cleaning! Rant over
The fact some of these rooms smell like dogs and the rooms are nice but the cleaning person isn’t good at their job … and they should not let dogs sleep on the beds or have them in every room
My number 1 go to hotel, great breakfast and wonderful service.
Clean, nice, friendly staff. Only negatives were elevator was shady and bathroom layout was cumbersome. Shower had no shelf for body wash/shampoo. Everything else was great. Thank you, Room 325
