We were welcomed by the lovely MADHU girl; she was very kind, enthusiastic, and cheerful. The accommodation was clean and quiet. We had to stay here for one night because of some business, but we were very comfortable... Thank you for everything being so wonderful here
The service was great. The run was very clean Anse the staff was very courteous
State / GA weekend. Room smelled of smoke on arrival. Had the suite with King bed and two full beds. Room had not been cleaned in months. Walls , floor, etc all filthy. Other reviews are accurate with how nasty this place was. We literally had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to stay the night. Absolutely find somewhere else if at all possible. According to another couple we met their rooms were the same, also stated other families had left and were going to sleep in their cars.
Our experience at the Red Roof Inn @ Starkville was nothing short of a nightmare & left me in tears. I was charged almost $700 for 2 nights when it shouldn’t have even been $50 a night. There was hair in the sheets, bugs all over the floor, unknown substances smeared from floor to ceiling. The surfaces appeared like they had never been wiped down, let alone cleaned in between guests. Many people had requested room changes/refunds as did we. I didn’t have a choice to stay here because my company booked it. But if I could pick any other hotel I would. The pictures online depict a clean and safe room, but that is false. The walls, doors and tables are dirty , there is a very strong odor that covers everything. If you don’t believe me smell the pillows and the couches. They don’t clean because the first room I checked into had dirt on the pillowcases and the second room they gave me , the door was already open and it looked liked paw prints all over the bed.
