We love this hotel , We come every year to celebrate our brothers birthday.
Room was fabulous The only complaint was our room was hot when we checked in and it took some time to cool off. Other than that everything was good We will stay again if we go that way.
We debated on whether or not to stay at this hotel after all the mixed reviews, and let me to tell you to please believe what you read and STAY AWAY and AVOID this hotel at all costs. It is very much worth biting the bullet and spending the extra money to stay at the Holiday Inn across the street — which is what we ended up doing. We checked into our room and it smelled like awful smoke. The receptionist said we could have the jacuzzi suite as that was the only other room available and charged us an additional $15, and that room smelled musty. We would have left if it wasn't so late at night in trying to find a room.
Very nice for the price day time front desk lady Very kind highly recommend this red roof after staying on different occasions I have to say the rooms are very nice, very comfortable more so than the other locations around the area and again the employees are very nice folks
