I have stayed here probably 6 times over the last 3 years. It’s so convenient for me as the halfway point of my trip. My dog stays free and she has plenty of area to walk around. Restaurants and gas stations are close by. I have never had a problem with the room, always clean! Front desk personnel are friendly and polite. I’ll be back again soon.
I made a mistake with my booking and your excellent staff member went above and beyond to get it right! Travelocity was rude and not customer friendly with my date typo. She was pleasantly reassuring that it was ok and we would make it work. Thank you!
Wish the showers were a little bigger and upgrade there ac / heater units
This hotel has black mold and honestly should be shut down. I will be contacting the health department tomorrow. This is literally the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. The room was FILTHY!!!!! See attached photos. Dirt, sticky stuff, beds had hair and sand in them, the bathroom was deplorable. The refrigerator had not been cleaned, had multiple substances and a disposable used plastic spoon.
