Location is right off interstate 70 in Springfield, Ohio. Service desk was pleasant and greeted us upon inquiry. Our room was ready by 3 pm. Clean sheets and towels. Room 323 is on 3rd floor end of hall. Has a indoor pool. Our stay has been pleasant and quiet. Rates were fairly cheap and happy with our stay.
I was here for werner training and I have no issues. The staff is amazing especially nakia who works the desk she is super friendly helpful and always was going above and beyond to make guest happy and was always friendly to them and their pets of they had any. I spent most of my time talking to her on shift because she helped the time go by so much faster when she worked. If you ever meet her she's wonderful and will do anything to make sure your happy. Bottom of the barrel motel. No bugs and room was clean enough. Smell was bad. Bring air freshener or incense. Free breakfast is cheap as it gets and not very tasty but free with your room.
There is a strong smell of weed in the hallway coming from a room. No shower gel in the shower....found this out while I was already in thr shower after a long day of driving. Room was ok...clean and functional. Front desk clerk hanging out with young men in lobby and several people hanging around out front by parking lot. I dont know if they're guests or not. I would recommend the Hampton Inn next door!
