My family of 2 adults and 3 children were denied a room at 2:05am, with the staff stating "a double queen only sleeps 4 people." I asked if this was policy and the man, older gray, said yes. Staff expected us to book 2 rooms and to split the family between 2 rooms which is absurd, particularly as 2 women traveling with children. Offered no solution to this dilemma, and sent us away. Unsafe hotel with bad customer service and bad policy, if it even is the policy.
