The reason why I am not impressed with the place is the lady who is running it very inconsiderate and just hard to deal with
I'm giving a 5 because it was one of the nicest Red Roofs I've ever been to: super nice lady in the office and very clean room. And everything worked!! BUT the room was smaller than most, no desk or table to eat at, and, unlike every other RR I've been to, there was no iron/ironing board or coffee maker in the room. And there were instructions in the room on how to work the wifi - that did not work. My wife and I stayed here for a bit, let just say that this place is beyond the 5 stars. First off the front desk Michelle and Alayna ( spelled wrong sorry) such wonderful and caring people. The housekeepers always goes above and beyond for the guest. Service is so amazing. We stayed in a few motels and the Red Roof is the best place. There is no yelling, screaming people in the parking lot. Easy access to restaurants and shopping centers.
