Be aware of parking fees. Front desk was not helpful or friendly. I won't be back.

I got stuck in the building elevator, and no one even responded when I rang the emergency alarms. I had to call the front desk, wait for the fire truck to arrive, manually open the elevator door, and rescue. When I confronted them, they said they would issue a full refund for my stay, which was obviously a lie, and now they are actively avoiding my calls. I am pursuing legal process for this hotel. Do NOT stay in this hotel.

Initially checked in with the front desk after I got to my room to say everything was good. I should have got in the shower first before I let them know things were all right. Waited and waited for hot water to come and it never did. Lukewarm at best. Luckily I thought to go out and crank the heat up so when I got out of the shower I would be warm. I remember a couple years ago I stayed here and had the same problem. I will talk to the front desk but I know nothing will be done as this is obviously where the boilers are set ... read more
