Better than I expected for a budget motel next to the airport; all I was looking for was an inexpensive place to crash for one night while stranded at Seatac. Location is (obviously) close to the airport plus a shuttle was provided and timely. Room was clean and comfortable plus well maintained, and appeared recently remodeled.

Adequate rooms, decent beds, fairly quiet. Easy, easy airport access. Good rate. Friendly and helpful office staff.

I just wanted to highlight one of the shuttle service drivers, Herman. He was excellent, very friendly and generous. The man clearly is good at his job and loves what he does and loves to help people. Good for red roof Inn on making such a good hire.

Waited an hour for a hotel shuttle that never arrived, despite being told several times by staff that it should be there soon. Ended up finally canceling my reservation and spending the night at SeaTac airport. Later, I discovered from Expedia customer service that the hotel staff had falsely noted that I canceled because I was sick—likely to cover for whoever ran their poor shuttle service. Fortunately, Expedia was able to secure a refund for the reservation the next day.
