Dirty and rundown. A/c broken, refrigerator leaking puddles of water in our room. They did move us. Bedding was stained and disgusting in both rooms.
I travel all over Indy for work. It’s always a breath of fresh air when we come back to Red Roof. Smart TVs, no bed bugs, no roaches, restrooms are clean. The walls and floor are clean. They are always remodeling. And they clean up everyday. Should def have a better rating.
I travel for work year round. We always stay at Red Roof. The price is always decent, and we are not charged additional fees for our dog. Today we checked in and the young lady checking us in was extremely rude in the way she conducted her business. She made me feel like I was doing wrong. She examined my card then made a phone call.
