Room smells of cigarette smoke, no smoke alarm, no safety lock on door, very outdated, bathroom is in need of repairs. Loud TV or music at 3:15 am.
Staff is rude as hell...obviously ran by a family I'm assuming its the father rude told me to go to the office by pointing. I walk and I'm assuming his daughter asked for $100 cash for a deposit before 3pm then ran my debit card for $114 ...that's $214 for a overnight stay!!!! Then they proceeded to keep walking by way window continuously. Free wifi didn't work room smelled like bug spray. This place is absolutely disgusting! They don’t clean anything at all. Had dirty linens on the bed, floor was filthy like they haven’t swept it in weeks. Loud and obnoxious workers blaring music all night. Didnt want to give us extra toilet paper or towels. Then basically said we wouldn’t get our refund back if we didn’t clean the room first? Isn’t that what housekeepers are for? There was a cup on the nightstand and we accidentally left our loofahs in the bathroom. Do not stay here.
Very clean, convenient bed with quality linens and pillows. Enough appliances.
