Absolutely filthy. You should be ashamed. No one has cleaned these rooms in a very long time. Reeks of cigarettes. There are press on nails in the floor and rodent droppings everywhere. This is slum lord level of an operation. I’ll be looking into a refund. I’ll be filing a complaint to the better business bureau
I was there last year when they had the fire and I lost everything. I have been calling about what I need to do to get my belongings replaced and they have no answer for me. They say call corporate and corporate says call them. I just want my stuff replaced. I tried to go over after the fire and get what I could and they ran me off and said they would call the police the next time.

PLACE HAS BURNED ONE OF THE BUILDINGS DOWN SO THEY ARE NOT OPEN. Before they burned down they filled the pool with dirt and covered it up with cement. They have no breakfast and the laundry room either has a broken washer or dryer or they have no quarters… always something. Hotels have like three-maybe four stages if being torn down is a stage.
