Absolutely disgusting. Room is full of dirt, sheets are nasty and haven’t been washed, the whole place smells like sewage. Had to cancel and they won’t even give me a full refund. Do not stay here.
The staff is very welcoming and attend to concerns promptly, as there was a leak under the sink and the soap dispenser was not working properly but they were addressed. I stay here on my way from FL to VA and reverse, and it is very convenient. There have been upgrades done on the property and in the rooms. I would suggest that they look into the following: Newer coffee makers in the rooms The flooring needs to be finished properly Toilet paper holder secured to wall Better towels as they were old and stained Wall lighting f... read more
