Pool not running. Room very hot.
THE INTERNET DOES NOT WORK. Do not even think about staying at this place. The internet is super slow and when I asked for help or move to a different room they sent a guy to our room. I showed him how a simple page like google maps would not load and he got mad and told me to quit complaining. Incredibly rude. I asked for a full refund as we were not in our room for 15 minutes and was informed I could only get half refunded. We got out of there and got a room at a reputable hotel down the street. Only thing I was dissatisfied about was having to pay $70 plus for dinnerware to use the stove in a kitchenette. You either buy their special pots and pans or you can't use stove which was the only reason I decided to rent a room for 4 nights..
