Up until recently , the red roof was doing way better, it felt safe again .... Its been a few weeks theres no more security . Now the homeless and smokers start flooding the parking lot again . Walking the hallways making everybody feel unsafe , numerous times there's problems where security would of handled it instead gets worse .... You would think with all the money all the familys spend here we would have a decent security or at least 1 at all.... Do better red roof san dimas
Great staff amazing caring people manger Lisa and general manger Jackie make you feel like family the staff Sabrina Joan and Brian make you feel like they care and take every concern seriously also the cleaning staff is amazing especially miss patty if your in the area and need a place to stay I highly recommend this hotel this place makes you feel like family
Nice peaceful and the staff is great
I enjoying staying at this hotel with my family the rooms are big and spacious. We love that it's pet friendly and safe they always keep the pool up and clean which is awesome and Staff is great!👍 If you like flowers check out the garden area.🌹🌳 Thanks Red Roof
