We’ve stayed here twice as it’s a good stopping point going to & from Maine. The room was clean & comfortable. At both stays we had excellent help from Christine at the front desk. She was terrific at making sure we had a room with all the amenities that we needed - 1st floor pull in, refrigerator, king bed. Staff like her just make the experience so pleasant & comfortable AND ensuring we will return again!

Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Price We stayed here for two nights while visiting Canobie Lake Park, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected — especially for the $410 we paid. First, the room was dirty from the start. The floor was sticky, the bedding was stained, and the whole place smelled… honestly, I can’t even compare it to anything pleasant. I had to make an unexpected stop at this inn, and the front desk people in the lobby have been beyond kind, understanding, compassionate and some of the most helpful I've met on my trip. When I called at 2 a.m. they helped me figure out the best way to book a stay, for the best price. All of the staff here have been fun and great to be around and talk to. So the rooms are good nothing to complain about, but the expectation about the breakfast was not good. They only had some bottles of coffee that wasn't even hot in the morning we took it. Idk When I hear ' breakfast' it gives me the clue for something beyond a mug of coffee and sugar.
